Founded in 1948, AVL List GmbH is the world‘s one of the largest privately owned and independent company for the development of powertrain systems with internal combustion engines as well as Engine Instrumentation and Test Systems. 职位描述
1. Conducts detailed experiments according to guidelines
2. Evaluation, documentation and presentation of experimental results in English
3. Design and implementation of engine test programs to achieve project development targets within strict budgets and timescales
4. Organization of development work
5. Understanding of Chinese GB Standards required for engine development
6. Familiar with engine testing equipment (AVL or equivalent)
7. Familiar with gasoline and or diesel engines and associated systems (cooling, lubrication, fuel, valve train, piston and liner interface etc)
8. To provide guidance and training, sometimes on-site, for engine installation, test bed set-up and engine testing processes and development experiments.
9. Representing the professional image of AVL at all times
10. Support of other activities within AVL as required,OBD experience preferred.
主要职责：
1、进行详细的实验指导
2、评价，文档和在英国的实验结果报告
3、设计和发动机试验程序实现在严格的预算完成项目的发展目标和时间表
4、开发工作的组织
5、发动机的发展需要中国GB标准的理解
6、熟悉发动机试验设备（AVL或等效的）
7、熟悉的汽油和柴油发动机和相关系统（或冷却，润滑油，燃料，气门，活塞和缸套接口等）
8、提供指导和培训，有时现场，为发动机的安装，设置和发动机试验台的测试过程和开发试验。
9、代表在任何时候AVL公司的专业形象
10、在AVL要求的其他活动的支持，OBD经验者优先。
