摘要 以过氧化苯甲酰(BOP)为模板分子, 甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体, 乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,
采用热聚合法在多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)表面制备印迹聚合物(MWNTs-MIPs). 采用红外、热重分析和扫描电镜等技术
对印迹聚合物结构进行表征. 结果表明印迹聚合层成功接枝到MWNTs 表面. 采用液相色谱考察该分子印迹聚合物对
过氧化苯甲酰的吸附特性. 结果表明该印迹聚合物对过氧化苯甲酰表现出特异性吸附, 该印迹聚合物对模板分子存在
一种结合位点, 其最大表观结合量为56.20 μmol/g. 作为固相富集材料, 该印迹聚合物成功用于富集面粉中微量过氧化
苯甲酰, 浓度富集因子为526.

Abstract A novel composite imprinted material based on multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNT) was synthesized
successfully with a surface polymerization method using benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as a template
molecule, methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomers, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as
cross-linkers. The molecularly imprinted polymers (MIP) based on the surface of MWNT was characterized
by infrared spectroscopy (IR), differential thermal analysis (DTA) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM),
and the results suggested that MIP was grafted to the surface of MWNT successfully. The adsorption amount
of benzoyl peroxide by MIP was measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and equilibrium
binding experiment. A kind of binding site was observed for MIP to BPO with the maximum apparent
binding constant of 56.20 μmol/g. Being used as solid-phase extraction materials, the imprinted polymers
extracted benzoyl peroxide from flour successfully with the concentration enrichment factor of 526.
